This Privacy Policy explains how Kingdom Artistry LLC, doing business as Prayer Journey, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use the Prayer Journey website, application, subscriptions, church or organization tools, voice tools, export tools, and related services. In this Privacy Policy, Prayer Journey, we, us, and our refer to Kingdom Artistry LLC.
By using Prayer Journey, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through:
- the Prayer Journey website and web app
- user accounts and subscriptions
- journaling, prayer, reflection, and devotional features
- church or organization sponsored access
- support communications
- analytics, security, and operational tools
- voice, export, and related service features
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites, apps, services, or payment platforms that may be linked to or integrated with Prayer Journey. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Important Nature of the Service
Prayer Journey is a guided spiritual reflection platform. Users may choose to enter highly personal content, including prayers, reflections, journaling, emotional struggles, spiritual concerns, voice entries, and related material.
Please do not submit information you are unwilling to store digitally.
Prayer Journey is not a medical provider, mental health provider, emergency service, or crisis response service.

If those features are enabled, we may send relevant inputs you provide, such as reflection text, prayer topics, journaling content, prompts, or related account context, to service providers that help us operate those features.
We use such providers to perform services on our behalf and not to grant them ownership of your content.
AI generated content may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing anything generated through the Service.

Where organization level reporting is offered, we may share aggregated, anonymized, de identified, or summarized usage and prayer topic reporting designed not to reveal your private prayer text or journal entries, unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
C. Legal, Safety, and Protection Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request
- enforce our Terms or policies
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
- protect the rights, safety, and property of Prayer Journey, our users, or others

E. With Your Direction or Consent

9. We Do Not Publicly Post Your Private Reflections
Prayer Journey is designed as a private spiritual reflection platform. We do not make your private prayers, reflections, journal entries, or voice entries publicly visible by default.
Any sharing or export action you take is your responsibility.
10. Payments
Payment information is typically collected and processed by third party payment processors, not directly by Prayer Journey.
We may receive limited billing related information such as payment status, subscription tier, renewal dates, transaction identifiers, and limited card metadata needed for receipts, account management, fraud prevention, and support.
We do not store full payment card numbers unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service
- maintain your account
- preserve your saved journeys, reflections, prayers, and history
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
- resolve disputes
- enforce agreements
- detect and prevent fraud and abuse
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of your account, whether you delete content, whether an organization sponsors your account, and our legal obligations.
We may delete or de identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
12. Account Deletion and Content Removal
You may be able to delete specific entries, remove content, or request account deletion through the Service or by contacting us at support@prayerjourneyapp.com.
Please note:
- backup copies may persist for a limited period
- some information may be retained as required by law
- some information may be retained for legitimate security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes
- de identified or aggregated data may be retained
If your account is part of a church or organization plan, deletion timing and certain account records may also be affected by the sponsor relationship and operational requirements.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for using secure devices and networks.
14. Children's Privacy
Prayer Journey is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us at support@prayerjourneyapp.com. COPPA places obligations on services directed to children under 13 and on general audience services with actual knowledge they are collecting personal information from a child under 13.
15. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. These may include the right to:
- know or access certain information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion of certain information
- obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format
- appeal a denied privacy request where required by law
- opt out of certain types of targeted advertising, profiling, sale, or sharing where applicable

If we send optional promotional emails, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at support@prayerjourneyapp.com. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send important transactional or service related communications.
17. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or similar privacy preference signals. Because there is not always a uniform standard for interpreting every signal across all contexts and technologies, Prayer Journey may not respond to every such signal unless required by applicable law.
If applicable law requires recognition of a particular opt out preference signal, we will handle that signal in accordance with that law.
18. International Users
Prayer Journey is operated in the United States and may use service providers in the United States and other countries.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

We take security incidents seriously and will investigate incidents as appropriate.
If we determine that a breach or security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required by that law. The FTC's Health Breach Notification Rule can apply to certain non HIPAA health style apps and similar technologies and requires notice in some breach situations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Privacy Policy, updating the Last Updated date, emailing you, or using another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
